The Villa
Our House is located on the Sithonia Peninsula between Nikiti and the Cove Panagias. It is ideal for a family holiday in a peaceful environment, ideal for children.

At a distance of 2 km is the beach Livrohio (Tranni Ammouda), one of the most beautiful beaches of CHALKIDIKI (awarded every year with the EU blue flag).
The house has a large balcony with view in the mountain across and the cove of Panagia.
Enjoy each morning a beautiful view of the garden or turn to the right and relax by viewing the sea.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with a beautiful fireplace and an amazing view!
Our compact kitchen have everything you need ! From beautiful cutlery and dinnerware to a classic italian espresso machine
Our entry
On the first level is the bedroom with a beautiful view of the sea and the garden. Right next of the room is the bathroom.
The bathroom
Continuing on the second stage is the second bedroom, with an amazing view on the Mountains and a large balkony. The room next to it is the storage room, for the luggage.
We spend a lot of time to design the Villa greek, modern and authentic with a lot of designs and cultural insights on each floor
The last bathroom
On the third stage, is the last bedroom with the best view of the House. Right next to the room is the bathroom.
